We were asked to create the event unprecedented in the history of the insurance market in Poland, which would present in a unique way the innovative product – THE digital platform iHestia (the first such tool for insurance brokers in Poland). The impressive premium of the platform was supposed to be the culmination of 3 years of work performed by hundreds of employees of Ergo Hestia, the insurance company.
We decided to base the entire concept on the smallest details. For several months before the event the appropriate interest and excitement curve had been build up at each and every point of the participant’s contact with the event. The culmination was on 11 June 2016, during the event itself, taking place in Sopot Ergo Arena.
The entire project was designed around three main pillars:
• Communication of the event – 4 –month activities built basing on AIDA model and using Integrated Marketing Communication.
• Show production – based on the spectacular stage technology solutions and special scenario tricks.
• Participants Logistics (122 coaches, 30 departure points in Poland and 46 hotels with full service on all stages of the journey).
The premiere of the New World iHestia was Poland’s largest corporate event in 2016. This huge undertaking saw a great organizational and turnout success (8 000 people) as well as met all communication objectives. The event was assessed very positively by the participants in social media and by the Customer both at central and regional structures.
The project received a nomination for Best B2B Event at the European Best Event Awards 2016 (St. Petersburg).
