Brief

New generation

The premiere of the second generation of Porsche Panamera was a unique event on the Polish automotive market. The event took place three weeks before the official world premiere of the model during the Paris Motor Show – the most important event in the industry, during which car companies showcase their latest models and conceptions for years to come.
Our task was to create an unforgettable, consistent with the brand image of Porsche, WOW effect during the premiere of the new car.

The perfect trio

During the organization of the event we faced the challenge: how to combine the three factors: Radzimir Dębski, the renowned composer and brand’s ambassador, the uncommon and unobvious venue (The Building of the Polish National Radio Symphony Orchestra) and the unique car – New Porsche Panamera. Using the potential of the venue and its inimitable character we decided to merge the projections on the inner wall of the building, light show and music concert in order to create a one-of-a-kind presentation of the new model.

During the premiere nearly 900 people took part in a special concert of NOSPR Orchestra conducted by Radzimir Dębski, which was especially prepared for the event. After the concert, the guests were invited to the foyer where the main presentation of the new model was held. The introduction to the show was a projection of images on the 17m x 30m wall accompanied by carefully selected music and the light show. Projection on such a large scale enabled us to reach all the guests who, due to the character of the location, watched the show from both: the ground floor and the balcony located on the 2nd floor.

The setting of the event was created using the realization system – Media Server d3 4x2pro supported by the second mixer Chistine Vista Spyder X20-1608. These enabled the perfect realization of the complex show, during which 11 projectors of a total of 154 000 ANSI lumens were used.
