We are responsible for constant  service of Skyscanner’s profiles on Facebook and Instagram. Our responsibilities include  crisis prevention and management, building up a positive image and strengthening brand awareness of Skyscanner Poland. Naturally, we respond quickly to all inquiries and customer reviews that appear on the profiles.

Results

At the turn of 2015 and 2016 Skyscanner’s  fan page regularly appeared in the top five most engaging travel fan pages in the  rating by Sotrendera. For two years of servicing the company we attracted nearly 150 000 fans, with our most engaging post receiving record 11 000 likes.
