BACKGROUND

The preparation of a message consistent with the global campaign in all ATL, BTL, Digital and Social Media communication channels introducing the new Volkswagen Crafter to the Polish market was/is the most important event for the Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles brand in 2017.

Idea and implementation

The previous model of the same name was created in close cooperation with Mercedes Benz and did not achieve spectacular success on the market.

The new Crafter was the first to be created and manufactured entirely in Poland. It was created with the participation of specialist Clients and representatives from various industries, in order to fully meet their expectations regarding a commercial vehicle.

The main task of the Agency was to inform about the new model and indicate the most important features of the new product that are important for the Polish market.
Taking into account the requirements set by the category and consumers, the activities were focused not only on the image aspect of the new model, but also included a tactical message that met the needs of the local market.
